1. What is Go Rewards?

Go Rewards is a Lifestyle Rewards Program that offers meaningful rewards and experiences designed for you. Go Rewards brings together the Robinsons Rewards loyalty program along with other new partners and deals that can be enjoyed in over 2,000 stores or through online stores in the Go Rewards app. With more members, more partners, and more freedom to earn and use your points, Go Rewards lets you continue to enjoy the rewards you enjoy and keep going.

2. Is my Go Rewards points convertible to cash?

No, Go Rewards points have no monetary value and are not convertible into cash. You may use your Go Rewards points to pay for your transactions in participating partners and merchants.

Membership

1. Can my company have its own membership?

Membership in Go Rewards is for individuals only. Corporations, partnerships, or other legal entities are not eligible to enroll as members.

2. Can I have multiple accounts in Go Rewards?

You can have only one Go Rewards account. In case you have multiple Robinsons Rewards or Go Rewards accounts, you may link them in the Go Rewards app so you can enjoy all your points under one account. Go Rewards reserves the right to consolidate or merge multiple accounts without prior notice.

3. Is there a minimum age to become a member?

The minimum age requirement for membership in Go Rewards is 18 years of age. However, enrollers who are under 18 years of age may be allowed to enroll with the consent of their parent or legal guardian by completing the following steps:

  1. The parent/guardian of the minor may only enroll to the program by contacting via email at customercare@gorewards.com.ph. Enrollment via app or acquisition of a Go Reward card is currently unavailable.

  2. The parent/guardian must provide a valid email address where Go Rewards Parent/Guardian Consent form will be sent.

  3. The parent/guardian completes and submits the Go Rewards Parent/Guardian Consent form to customercare@gorewards.com.ph

  4. Once processed, Go Rewards Customer Care will advise parent/guardian via email that minor is successfully enrolled as a member of Go Rewards and the Go Rewards membership number will be provided to parent/guardian which may be linked to the Go Rewards mobile app.

  5. Minor may download the Go Rewards app and link the membership number received thru email to the minor’s downloaded app. For the step-by-step process, you may refer to How to link your card to the Go Rewards mobile app.

Enrollers under the age of 18 will not be able to proceed with their enrollment until such consent from the parent/guardian is given.

Membership is open to anyone, regardless of nationality and residency.

Your Robinsons Rewards accounts will be transitioned and rebranded to Go Rewards for a bigger and better Loyalty Program.

5. Is there a membership fee for enrolling in Go Rewards?

None. Membership in Go Rewards is complimentary and virtual. By downloading the app, you will be assigned a virtual account number and QR code which you can use to start earning and redeeming points.

If you want to avail of a physical card, you must present your valid ID and pay a minimal fee of Php100. 00 at participating Go Rewards partner stores which may be linked to a member’s membership account. Membership Account and Virtual Account Number

1. How do I access my account?

You can access your account by logging in to the Go Rewards mobile app with your registered mobile number and password. In case you encounter any issues while trying to access or while accessing your account, you may contact us at customercare@gorewards.com.ph and we will assist you with your inquiries.

2. I forgot my password. What should I do?
  1. Visit the Go Rewards mobile app.

  2. Tap the Log In, click "Forgot Password".

  3. Select either SMS or Email from the verification option

    • For OTP, enter your mobile number to receive the verification code.

    • For membership, enter email, mobile, birthdate and confirm details.

  4. Type your preferred password and save

  5. Once done, you are logged in automatically

3. How do I update my profile information?
  1. Simply log in to your Go Rewards Mobile App

  2. Click the "My Profile" icon

  3. Click the Pen icon and update your information.

  4. Click Save

4. The name on my account is incorrect. How do I change it?

You may contact us at customercare@gorewards.com.ph to request for this. Proof of identification and account verification are required for this request.

5. Can I transfer my account to someone else?

Go Rewards membership is non-transferable to other individuals under any circumstances.

6. How do I register as a new member using Go Rewards Mobile App?
  1. Download the Go Rewards Mobile app

  2. On Register page, select "Sign up now"

  3. Enter the following information

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Middle Initial

    • Date of Birth

    • Mobile number

    • Email address

    • Referral code (if applicable)

  4. Read and accept program's Terms & Condition and Privacy Policy

  5. Tick never miss an update to receive promotional offers

  6. Click "Continue" to proceed to the next page

  7. During verification, a 4-digit OTP will be sent via SMS to the mobile number used

  8. Enter the code in the app and click "Verify"

  9. Input your preferred password and click "Continue"

  10. If password is valid, sign up will be successful and the app will display the Homepage

7. How do I link my Go Rewards virtual number or card to the Go Rewards mobile app?
  1. Download the Go Rewards Mobile app

  2. Click "Register"

  3. Select the "Link Card" button to proceed.

  4. You will be forwarded to Register page

  5. Input the following information:

    • Card Number For your card number, you can either:

      • Manually encode in "Card Number" field or
      • Click the Scan button to scan the bar code at the back of your Robinsons Reward card or QR code in front of your Go Rewards card
    • Last Name

  6. If the account is existing, mobile number and email address will be auto populated. You may update your contact details if necessary.

  7. Read and accept program's Terms & Condition and Privacy Policy

  8. Tick never miss an update to receive promotional offers

  9. Click "Continue" button to proceed.

  10. You will be automatically logged in to your account.

And you're set! You can now continue to enjoy Member Exclusive offers and perks through the app or your card!

8. I have multiple Robinsons Rewards accounts and I want to merge all of them to my Go Rewards account, what should I do?

If you have multiple Robinsons Rewards accounts, you may link and merge all to your Go Rewards mobile app by following the steps below:

  1. On the Homepage, click Merge Cards Icon

  2. Click "Merge Card"

  3. Select Card.

  4. Input the Membership Number of the Card you want to ad

  5. Agree to Terms and Conditions

  6. Click "Confirm" to proceed.

9. Someone accessed my account without my permission, what should I do?

In case of loss, theft, or unauthorized use of the membership card, membership account, or virtual account number, members are responsible for informing Go Rewards Customer Care of such immediately. Members shall be liable for any and all use of the membership card, membership account, and/or virtual account number until Go Rewards is notified of the loss, theft, or unauthorized use.

Earning Go Rewards Points

1. When can I start earning points?

You can start earning points immediately after successful enrollment with the assigned membership number.

2. How do I earn points?
  • Members shall earn Go Rewards points for qualifying transactions or activities with Earn Partners

  • Members should present proof of membership which is either the plastic card or the QR code in the mobile app.

  • Points earned from qualifying transactions with applied government-mandated discounts shall be based on the transaction value after the application of any discount.

  • Cash top-up from partial redemption of points may also earn Go Rewards points.

  • Other rules for qualifying transactions shall be based on the earn mechanics of Earn Partners which are subject to modification at any time without prior notice.

The following transactions will NOT earn points:

  • Transactions with corporate discounts

  • Purchases made using full Go Rewards points

  • Bills payment transactions from Robinsons Department store and Robinsons Supermarket

  • Exchange of goods

  • Purchase of Go Rewards Membership Cards

  • Other non-merchandise transactions and tenders defined by unit

4. Can I transfer my points to someone else who is also a member?

No, transfer of points to another member is not possible.

Redeeming Go Rewards Points

1. What can i redeem my points for?

You may redeem your points for rewards offered by Go Rewards Redemption Partners, including but not limited to vouchers, gift certificates, discount codes, freebies, coupons, etc., subject to the relevant Partner’s terms and conditions.

2. Can I redeem my points at partner outlets?

Visit the Go Rewards Website regularly for news and updates on our latest promos and activities.

3. How do I redeem my points?

Present a valid ID and your Go Rewards Card /Go Rewards QR code to use your points to pay for your transaction at participating Robinsons stores and Redemption Partner establishments.

Notes:
  • Redeemed Go Rewards Points cannot be cancelled after redemption is confirmed.

  • Refund and exchange of items are allowed. If the value of the exchanged item is higher than the originally-purchased item, then members will earn points from the excess amount of the exchanged item.

Go Rewards Membership Cards

1. How do I get the card?

You may avail of a physical Go Rewards membership card for only One Hundred Pesos (Php100) which may be linked to your Go Rewards mobile app account.

2. My card/mobile device (for virtual account) was damaged or lost, what should I do?

You must immediately inform Go Rewards Customer Care in case of any loss of or damage to the membership card or mobile device (for virtual account).

Any usage (earn/redeem) from the lost account prior to notifying Go Rewards Customer Care shall be for the account of the member. Data Analytics Venture Incorporated shall not be held liable for any points lost or redeemed as a result of the lost or damaged card.

Membership Activity and Account

What happens if I don't use my Go Rewards account?

Your Go Rewards account will be closed and any unused Go Rewards points will be forfeited if you will not conduct at least one (1) of the following activities within a period of three (3) consecutive years:

  1. successful log-in to your Go Rewards account through the Go Rewards app and/or website

  2. successful earning of Go Rewards points

  3. successful redemption of Go Rewards points iv. successful redemption of a coupon

For the avoidance of doubt, closure of the member’s account shall be implemented on the third anniversary of the member’s first day of inactivity.

For example, if the member’s last day of activity is January 5, 2017, the first day of inactivity willbe January 6, 2017 and closure will be implemented on January 6, 2020.

What type of promos do you offer?

Go Rewards offers members additional privileges and/or special promos and discounts from participating Earn or Redemption Partners or merchants to earn bonus Go Rewards points on specific qualifying transactions or activities as part of promotions, incentives, or campaigns held in association with any of Go Rewards Earn Partners or participating merchants.

These offers may be temporary in nature, and Go Rewards reserves the right to modify or take down such offers at any time without prior notice.
